Breakfast Ideas

I was given some ideas for breakfast:
1/2 cup natural yoghurt with 2 Tbsp of either weight watchers cereal or muesli
OR
2 pieces of wholegrain toast with 1 tsp vegemite
OR
2 pieces or toast with 2 eggs prepared as wanted (scrambled with water)
Are these good options?

Look ok to me. You might want to have a piece of fruit too, or spinach or tomatoes with your eggs.0

The first 2 sound pretty gross to me... but I'll take 2 servings of the last one, and hold the water.
Not trying to be snarky, but "good options" will mean something different depending on goals and who you ask. Big picture, if a food choice doesn't prevent you from hitting your calorie and macro goals, and falls in line with your overall views on health, then it's fine.0
