Need friends

So today I was reading one of the things that make people successful with loosing wt is having friends and I only have three.I still am not great with this app and am not quite sure how to send a friend request.would love it if someone would add me to their friend list.I am 55 soon to be 56and am very motivated to loose this extra baggage of 100 lbs.I have bone on bone arthritis which is painful and now am having to use a cane while doing my job which they are not thrilled about.I really want to be part of this community and would appreciate some assistance.well gotta get some shut eye,will check back tomorrow.Take care all,be well

    There's a 'post here if you want more friends' discussion thread, you can add your name to. Keep it positive in your profile and you'll get friends with the same goals. You'll start getting friends slowly as you post more. Good luck on your journey.

    I had a quick look at your diary. Eat more food. YOu don't need to cut it so radically. Also try to get more variety - more vegetables, eat fruit. more fibre. Keep your carbs in check because carbs are a major contributor to appetite. But don't start by cutting fruit and veg carbs. Cut the white carbs and refined carbs only.
