Anyone from Colorado?

Hi Everyone,
So I dropped off the wagon six months ago and now I'm back! This time, I'm not really focus on losing weight. I realized through all the diet/exercise and then the "eat whatever I want" phases that I feel sick, bloated, have severe migraines, and depression all the time when I don't eat healthy. Thus this time around, I'm here to eat healthier, and exercise often to feel better.
Listening to my body, I no longer eat breads, rice, pork, or beef. Eating lots of leafy greens, fruits, fish, and chicken makes me feel good. My stomach is doing so much better and all my headaches have disappeared. The bonus is that now I'm losing weight without meaning to! I love this feeling and I just needed to listen to my body!
If anyone wants to friend me, I'd love some support. Eating healthy is hard when there are so many contradictions out there but I try one thing and if I don't feel good the next day, I don't eat it anymore. It works for me, lol. Just in need of some friends from Colorado. It'd be nice to find some walking buddies in Westminster but that might be a long shot.
My new motto: Don't live to diet, be healthier to live!
