I would have to say you should split the chest/bi and back/tri days apart. The point of this routine (I do this) is to get better lifts for the arms since they shouldn't be fatigued from the core muscle group, i.e. chest or back. But if you are doing chest, your tris are getting a little workout, then you're pushing them hard the next day. This kind of defeats the purpose.0
