Six hours Christmas shopping and I'm still on track.
I did Yoga before I left. Planned my food for the day then forgot my snacks at home. Had them with my dinner. Finally got the protein macro where it needs to be. Yay!
Had one teeny tiny cheese cube sample at Whole Foods.
Got a diet Dr Pepper instead of regular with my Wendy's half size salad. Still have a few calories left today.
Best day yet.
