Find a gif online. Right click on it and choose, "Copy image location".
Click on the attach image file button above.
Add the image location where it says "Image URL"

You may have to actually "Save Image As..." to your computer then drag/drop in attach image (or Browse). Pasting the image location doesn't always work (for me).
