Walk challenge

Starting December 13, 2014, to January 13, 2014, I challenge everyone here to walk atleast one 1 mile a day, everyday. After that time, we increase our the walk to 2 miles a day from January 14, 2015 to February 14, 2014. This walk is completely separate from going to the gym and working out. It is a walk that when we do it, we can reflect on all the positive things in our lives and the continued hope to improve our future. Feel free to document how you felt here or on your personal page.
