Hey everyone, I'm a 28 year old New Englander on a mission to be fit! I've been continually logging in my food and exercise for a month now, after starting and quitting for probably over a year, haha. I'm looking to a little over 100 lbs to be in a "healthy" weight range, but really, I'm looking to just feel comfortable in my own skin and to be fit. Seriously, I want people lining up to watch my gun show Currently, I'm on this mission alone and although I do have people who support me, it's hard to have someone really know what it's like when one has so much to lose.
