Heel Spurs

Anyone else dealing with painful heel spurs? Mine have been quite bad since May. I hobble around in the morning until my feet warm up. I've been going to physio and have some stretches and exercise, but nothing seems to work! They start getting better, then get worse again!

Mine was so bad I had to go in a walking cast for about a month. Best thing ever! Nothing prior to that worked for me, not stretching, not elevating, not staying off it (recovering from surgery) for about 3 months worked.
The cast allowed the inflamed tissues to relax and heal. It's been almost 2 years since I had the cast/boot and I haven't had ANY heel spur pain since. Prior to that it was a full year to year and a half of daily pain to some degree.0
