So I've been logging all my calories and have been doing pretty well with only one day a week where I have gone over. However I have made sure my calories have balanced out at the end of the week so I am under my weekly calorie intake :) however this week I've not been able to do that and I'm around 600 calories over :/ how much of a difference will this make? I had like 900 cals for Saturday and Sunday (today) (only ate 600 on Saturday which was fine) but found it really diffuclt today to have that intake as opposed to my 1420 per day so will going over add lbs for when I weigh in on Thursday? I normally weigh myself at weekend but couldnt face the scale this week :/

Just to make sure I'm understanding this correctly, did you say that you only consumed 900 calories for Saturday and Sunday?
Can you open your diary? It will be easier for others if they see exactly how much your consuming

On Friday after I'd eaten a Chinese takeaway I had 1800 cals left on my weekly allowance so that is 900 per day :)

Don't worry about this one week. You went over? OK, it happens.

Just work on getting better at hitting daily goals. You don't want to have to try to do this every week, do you? Besides, depending upon what your goal is (1, 1.5, 2 lb per week?), you may still be in a deficit over the course of the week - just not as much of one as you had planned on.

So.. your DAILY goal is 900 calories. Weekly 6300.

Or you went over your goal by 900 calories, and you actually have a reasonable goal? 900 calories isn't a reasonable goal. If you believe you are eating 900 calories and you feel fine, you are significantly underestimating your intake because you are not eating only 900 calories.

No my daily goal is 1420 per day, this means 9940 per week. However on friday I want over my normal 1420 which put my weekly goal to a remain of 1800 so to keep to my weekly goal I would need to eat 900 cals on sat and sunday. Hope that makes sense.

So your deficit isn't as big as usual, big deal. Don't let it get to you. You're still in a deficit. Just log it and move on. Eat normally Saturday and Sunday. Restricting yourself to only 900 calories for those days doesn't sound very appealing (or healthy, for that matter). Will a couple days at 900 calories kill you? No, but why make yourself miserable?

Bottom line: You're still in a deficit for the week, just a smaller one. Log it and move on.

This is not a limited time offer, this is a lifetime. Don't worry about the odd excursion from the plan. Just work to be in pretty good control as often as you reasonably can and let the rest slide.
