Post party exercise

Better to fast and rest after 1000's of beer, pizza, and cookie carbs + hangover? Or eat as usual and hit the weights, knowing you're not going to muster any intensity?

    You can't out exercise a bad diet. Forget yesterday. Get back to tracking and exercise as usual :)

    If you're pretty much focused normally, one day won't ruin things.
