Losing a couple pounds, but I'm excited to get back in shape!

I've done this plenty of times before and really, I'm not overweight. 135, 5'4". This last year, though, I stopped tracking and working out due to a divorce, moves, and changing jobs. I'm looking forward to getting everything back on track and seeing my muscles again!

I'm splurged on upgrading GymBook app because I really like how it partitions out a workout and looks easy to track. MyFitnessPal I chose as well as I'm trying to track some sleep and steps with the application UP, but most likely that will go to the wayside while I wait for the iWatch to come out. Taking steps. This week I tracked 5 of my days. I worked out a couple times and feel like I'm at the right energy level to start a program again. Slightly tired but still enjoy pushing myself in a workout.
