Ten pounds... want to partner up?

Hi all
I'm new here and just getting started.
I was thinking it would be fun to hook up with an online 'buddy' to power though these last 10 pounds over the next month or so (aiming for 2 lbs per week). I know the holidays are here but I wan to make as much progress as possible BEFORE the new year. After the new year I want to be at my goal weight so I can start training for a spring half marathon and possibly a fall half ironman.
I have a gym membership and I'm not afraid to use it! I have been doing a mix of cardio and strength training:
1-2 miles warm up usually on the treadmill
strength circuits (aiming for whole body i.e. deadlifts, squats, shoulder press, pushups, planks)
1-2 miles cool down on the treadmill (i don't mind stationary cycling or rowing either)
My real problem is with my diet. I have a really hard time staying on track at night. I cave in and eat junk food and crap effectively undoing all my hard work at the gym.
Is there anyone out there in a similar situation?
Here is my info:
Height - 5'4
CW - 139 (BF% 28)
GW - 129 (BF% 25 or lower)
