Greetings, everybody. I'm 65yo M, happily married never had a weight problem until '09, have gained 60+ pounds since, complicated by meds, stress eating, sedentary lifestyle, weight gain possibly triggered initially by antibiotics regime. Time to do something about it. This site recommended by my MD. Got through Thanksgiving w/o overdoing it.
