Hello officially

So I've been happily posting on the boards for a little while now, but I have neglected to do my introduction.

I'm from Brisbane in Australia. I want to get in shape before my 40 birthday and lose around 10kg before then. I'm also not very fit and struggle to finish a whole workout dvd, so I have mainly been walking. Hence I hope to improve my fitness as well.

    Hello and welcome. I'm from Ohio, but originally grew up in New England. Most of my workouts are weights and/or walking. I'm a few years older than you but am glad to provide moral support.

    Welcome! (From Ohio USA here) When I started over a year ago I was struggling to run in place for 10 seconds. I can now run for a quarter of a mile or more. Patience, persistence, and the knowledge if you stick with it you CAN do it! Just follow your heart. Best wishes.
