Getting stressed over macronutrient intake on bulk

Hi everyone
I have begun becoming stressed over my macro intake. I read over and over how important and imperative they are to track on a bulk, which I have plugged into MFP account, but I'm unsure if I am approaching these the right way? Obviously it ranges from person to person, but does this breakdown look OK?
3700 cals
144 fat
231 protein (a bit too high, but MFP only does %, so I aim for ~200 g)
370 carbs
I dont exactly hit these numbers every day, but I make sure to get the right amount of calories, protein, and I usually hit my fats. The only thing I might go under on (in balance of the overestimate of fats) is my carbs.
Is this ok? I don't want to get really paranoid/peculiar on these, as I don't want to lose sight of the bigger picture. However, I don't want to just "eat" and follow a completely stupid plan that will just put fat on.
I eat the same things pretty much every day, so I'd liek to get it down solid.

A fairly wide range of variance in macros will basically make little difference, and no I'm not talking no carbs or no protein......a wide variance within a range. Personally I consume more carbs than normal (from 200 to around 450-500) when I've bulked and gave me the best results.0

Really the only thing I'd question is the calorie intake. It may very well be fine, but out of curiosity, what is your TDEE?0

That's kind of what I mean...
I know that I need to get at least ~180-190g of protein a day (based on my weight, but even by some peoples calcuations that's really high. I just do it to be safe)
I never have a problem hitting my fat #
My carbs are a little off and on depending, but I try to get as close as possible.
Finally, I always try to hit my calorie goal.
So I guess I wonder how much more attentive I should be than that? A lot of people make it seem like there's all this work to it, but maybe I'm already putting in the work? I don't know. Maybe it's easier forme because I do eat the same thing every day.

See everything I've read says macros are more important, which is what started stressing me out
My tdee is roughly ~3500 calories. But even then it's hard for me to put an exact number on it. I've had to go up to 4000 calories to gain any weight, and going down to ~3000 I was losing very slowly0 -
