There are no-stim preworkouts there, just saying. If you are sensitive to caffeine, a pre-workout will probably kill you. Take like half a scoop and go from there.
Actually, I just looked it up and it's 300mg of caffeine per serving. Take like a quarter scoop, tops. I'm not joking, that's a really, really strong pre-workout. 300 would be too much for me and I take caffeine all day long.0 -
I took two scoops of that and a caffeine tab. Didn't do much of anything for me. Glad it was just a sample.0

Agreed. Also, don't take it on an empty stomach, at least not to start.
Do you know what, specifically, you are sensitive to? Caffeine doesn't do much to me, but the vitamins and whatever else they put in energy drinks/pre-workouts sometimes hit me pretty hard.0 -

I wasn't a fan of it overall, but as far as stim effect it wasn't too bad. I have a cardiac issue and have to be really cautious of preworkouts. C4 almost kills me, but assault was pretty mild-that sort of thing. Start with a half-serving and see how you feel.0 -
IME, caffeine is/can be very different from the vitamins, minerals and whatever other stims they put in energy drinks and pre-workouts. Caffeine from soda, coffee, etc has never had the slightest impact on me, but certain pre-workouts/energy drinks can make me jittery, esp if taken on an empty stomach.
Admittedly, I know nothing about how these things affect the body, so this is just my opinion based on subjective observation.0
