Getting back on track

About a month and a half ago I started a new job which put me on a day shift M-F (previously I was working graveyard 32 hours a week). And, while a normal shift is great and all, I've lost the time to work out. I don't feel like getting up any earlier than I already have to and I'm pooped when I get home. Any ideas for motivation would be greatly appreciated!!

I work out during my lunch break and after work. If it's worth it to you to get exercise in, you will find a way to work it into your schedule.
Your best bet is to start small. For instance, most of the biggest loser workouts start with a 15-20 minute workout. Once you start to adjust your schedule to account for it, you can work to pick up to the pace you used to have.
Hope this helps!0 -
It sounds like your body is adjusting to the time shift. See if you can add some incidental walking in to your day.0

Can you go immediately after work. Take your bag with you and go straight there? Do you have someone that can go with you?0
