im new to tracking calories hoping i can take my journey to the next level

ive never had a problem with working out but I recently read a quote and it hit me im not eating right and that is whats holding me back from success I chose to start an account with my fitness to hold myself responsible and reach out for help thankful and greatful for any advice

    Focus on one goal at a time. First log everyday
    That business about eating "right" is silly and gives you too many things to thing about.
    In other words, start first by eating less of what you are already eating and track that.

    Eating "right" is subjective. Eating "less" is the key to weight loss. Figure out how many calories you should eat a day to be at the correct calorie deficit to lose weight. Its as simple as that.
