Hi my name is Linda and my favorite exercises are walking, squats and leg lunges. I'm 67 years old, and I try to walk 30 minutes a day and lunges and squats are up to only 4 minutes a day. I wish I could do them 10 minutes a day, maybe some day! I hope everyone has a blessed day!
