I am 23 years old. I lost a lot of weight when I was 20... I moved since then and I gained it all back. I really would like to lose it again. But I don't know how to do it, in a healthy way.... when I lost the weight before I barely ate anything, and I worked out 10 hours a day about... but now I work... how can I lose it? I want to give up on myself but, then again I don't.... I don't know what to do. Could use some help

for me i just kept it simple, eat my regular foods but less of it. I also exercise most days. Anything drastic just makes people fed up and give up. you can do it0

How is your nutrition now? Are you still eating very little? Depending on the state of your metabolism, you'll have different roads ahead of you. The key is to incorporate healthy nutritional habits and consistent exercise. You by no means need to exercise 10 hours/day. 30 minutes of intense exercise and a healthy diet is enough. Please let me know if you need anything. I'm always happy to help.
