Part way through ay one of monitoring...questions!

So I have been doing a protein shake meal replacement diet thingy for about 3 weeks. I am doing 2 shakes a day, and then a healthy choice meal at dinner, with good choices in between meals.

Today I started monitoring my intake here on the site....and I haven't got to dinner yet.

I am out of protein and sugars for the day.

I am type 2 diabetic, and have been trying to limit bad carbs, and not pay too much attention to calories, or protein. Now, suddenly, I am wondering if this is working for me? I have lost 6 pounds in the 1st 3 weeks of the protein replacement.

You are more then welcome to friend me, and have a look at my short food list....

I am getting my protein and carbs from healthy choices...Oats, quinoa, fruit, veggies,

Any info would be helpful
