Exercise program suggestions please!

I am a stay at home mom of two on a tight budget, so exercise time is restricted and we can't afford a gym membership right now. So I'm thinking a video program. But I also have issues with my back and hips (I have scoliosis) and a lot of plyometrics and jumping are no bueno, even a lot of jumping jacks are too much for my hips (and make me pee... fellow mommies--you know what I'm talking about!). I'm all for lifting weights, but my weights are limited to dumbbells for the moment. I don't have a ton of equipment or room for something like a barbell and bench.

So... with all that in mind, anyone have any suggestions?
