Hello everyone,
I'm an introverted guy from Canada. I'm here because I recently saw a dietitian and had great conversations with her about healthy eating and lifestyle changes. However, I feel very intimidated about making healthy foods. I'm never sure if I am making the portions big or small enough, is this food really healthy? Am I going to die if I eat yogurt? Seriously tho, will I die?
Either way I am us MFP to help me log what I eat and track the exercising I am doing.
I've already browsed through the forums and will be investing in a food scale...
Otherwise I am looking for like minded, friendly, supportive friends who are not just looking to drop weight, but to change their lifestyle to a realistic healthy lifestyle.
