Hi all

Im a 48 yr old tubster from the UK looking to lose 26.5kg. Start weight was 101.5kg Target 75kg. Im a regular smoker of both cigarettes and marijuana (killer for the munchies, but Im managing it now by only smoking before my "allowed" meals) and to say I like a drink would be an understatement (have cut that back to 1 btl of vino once a week since starting)!

Ive never really tried before but feeling like I may stand a chance using MFP. I lost 2.7kg in the first week but not much since Im in my 2nd week now.

I set mfp to lose 1kg per week so as much as the initial (expected) weight loss has slowed, fingers crossed I should be abl;e to make the 3kg by the end of week 3. MFP set me a net calorie intake of 1250 calories which I manage to stick fairly close to though always seem to go a little over on a good day and quite alot on a bad day. I will say though that even a bad day where I may go 600 calories over is still probably about a 40-100% drop on my previous intake.
