    I like my flex ok. I had a body media arm band which I preferred over the fit bit. It help you realize how much or little you are doing. I was surprised to see how actually under-active I was compared to what I thought I was doing.

    I have the fitbit force. It was recalled but I didn't send my back because it didn't cause me any issues. I liked it but my grossness of sweat ate through the glue on the armband. YUCK! So sadly I am not using it anymore. I really liked it though.
