Is it bad to train your abs right when you wake up? I don't have time throughout the day so normally I wake up early and train my abs. Is this bad and will it alter my results in any way?

I can't see anything wrong with it, provided you aren't doing them in bed.
Maybe walk around a bit first and get the circulation going.0 -
I do squats, lunges, planks and push-ups within a hour of waking up. I don't think it has hurt me at all to do it this way.0
