I imagine many of you have already made these before, but last night was the first time I made them and I was impressed!
This is delicious and tastes decadent, yet is fairly low in calories.
1 can pumpkin (15 oz, unsweetened)
2 cups almond milk (or similar)
1 overripe banana (I used a frozen one)
pumpkin pie spice (or just nutmeg and cinnamon if you have those)
1 to 2 TBS of maple syrup (or whatever sweetener you prefer...or none)
I added about 1 TBS of chia seeds to mine as well, but this is optional
add ice if you like, I didn't and loved the texture
Put this in a blender and mix until smooth. Drink it up and enjoy a super healthy smoothie that is perfect for the holiday season!

About 95 calories per serving and I considered that blender full to be 6 servings.
It's high in Vitamin A and calcium as well as fiber.
here is the info from when I entered the recipe in MFP
