Just Got the "Body for Life" Book and am Committing to Completing the 12 Week Challenge

Harness the power of positive pressure - that's what Bill Phillips mentions in his book! Hi, I'm currently reading the above book as it came highly recommended as a great resource to change your overall health for life.
Has anyone else read this and or would you be willing to read it and participate on this discussion board about what you're learning.
So far, the author Bill Phillips explains that in order to change your health (fitness, weight, etc) you have to start from the inside out. Meaning, your mental attitude is critical --- what is it about your inner goals that will motivate you to change your life.
I'd love to hear from anyone else that has read or is interested in participating in reading and taking on this challenge.

I'm doing BFL now. I just finished week I'm already feeling really good. I've gone through the challenge twice, and both times got in the best shape of my life. Once was about 8 years ago and the other time was about 4 years ago. It has taught me a lot about planning and nutrition and setting goals. Anyone, Friend me if you'd like to motivate each other. I'm 213 right (6' tall) and want to get down to 200 while putting on a little muscle. Myfitnesspal has been an awesome addition.0
