Logging food intake when traveling

Hey!
I'm brand new to MFP, so I'm trying to be really diligent about logging my foods and keeping myself accountable. However, for the next week I'll be on a business trip, where meals will be provided for me. Does anyone have any advice about how to estimate food values when you're not preparing the food yourself? I'm also a little unsure as to how to keep track of portion sizes and measurements when, again, it's a company buffet (ugh...) for a whole week. Any tips, tricks, or advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't think I'll have a problem with overeating, I think my problem mostly lies with being able to track what I do eat. Thanks!
