UK food : what to get ?

Hi !
I live in France and I'm spending 10 days in the UK next week visiting family for xmas. We always have a few hours in Tesco's loading up on the food we cant get at home

I'd like to know what your go-to healthy foods are ? Obviously, nothing frozen, pretty much shelf life stuff.
