Hello!
Just a bit about me. I'm 21 and coming up on almost a year of motherhood and being a wife. At my heaviest I was 220lbs. I'm down to 174lbs. I'm very proud of myself so far but I need to drop another at least 34 lbs. I am waiting a surgery for a bowel resection. I'm hoping to lose more weight before then so that my recovery goes better. I carry most of my weight in my stomach. I'm also only 5'3 which makes me look quite large. My current diet is pretty much nothing( water and juice) I'm not tolerating any food( I have Crohn's disease. Sorry I'm not really sure what to put. I'd love to make some fitness friends. Everyone can use some encouragement!

You are right. We can always use the encouragement on our weight loss journey. I just sent you a friend request. I have IBS and while it is nothing like what you go through, I sometimes feel like I'm being held hostage my my own digestive tract.0

Hi there, I have colitis. Send me a friend request.
Also, here's a link to the colitis group on here. You can meet others with IBD.

Hi all...
I have Crohns and Colitis...UGH!! I had lost 60 pounds with my most recent flare. Nothing would "stick"...so I got used to eating. I praise God that I have that under control...for the moment. I fired my first Dr. and found a new one that is AWESOME!! Since then I have gained nearly 100 pounds. Eating "healthy" foods ...salads, fruits, veggies...doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have an eating plan that is working for them? I have found that the worse the food is...the better it feels in my tummy. Please share. I would love to be your friend!!0
