Looking for Practical Snack Ideas

The reason why snacking so so popular is because it's easy. I grab a back of Reeses and have a few (or sometimes more than a few). I mean I work 40 hours a week, all hours of the day. Some days I'm at work from 9am-8 or 9pm and other days I'm 4pm-12am (or one weekends 2am) and I have a two year old son at home. I get 4-8 hours a sleep a night (8 on a good night) not because I'm stressed but because that's all I have time for!
I don't want to make avocado french dip salad or whatever, or have to spend extra money on some bland or over-grainy bread for my healthy feta and 12-grain wheat toast. I'm looking for practical healthy snacks. Something I can share with my 2 year old and that he'd enjoy.

Apples and a tablespoon of peanut butter
Pretzels
An ounce of nuts
Crudite and ranch dressing
A glass of chocolate milk
A hard boiled egg
Cheerios.....

Banana
Fruit cups, no sugar added
Pretzels,
Nuts,
Cottage cheese, low fat with or without fruit
Apple with peanut butter
Low fat cheese with an apple or a few crackers
Teddy grahams, tasty and there's a good amount per serving
Sugar free pudding cups
Celery with dip made from Salsa and Greek yogurt
Veggies, broccoli, cauliflower with low fat dressing

single serving nut or nut and fruit mix
wheat crackers and humus
pretzels and humus
crudite and humus or dressing
A quest bar
A south beach bar
etc. etc. etc.0 -
Simply 7 Quinoa chips! 130 calories and 9 grams of protein for 20, my fave flavour is cheddar0

It really depends on your definition of "healthy" and your nutritional goals. Some of these things I wouldn't snack on now, but did before I tried to cut most of the empty carbs out of my snacks:
Low sugar breakfast cereal, dry (Cheerios, Kix, Chex)
Pretzels
Graham Crackers with peanut butter
Any of the gazillion 100 calorie packs available in the snack aisle
Wheat crackers (Triscuits, etc.) with cheese
Pudding cups
Jello cups
Here are some more ideas for foods higher in carbs/sugar but more natural:
Portable whole fruit (apples, Cuties/Halos, bananas, grapes)
Fruit cups
Cottage cheese (lots of sodium, though) either plain, with fruit or with salsa
Baby Carrots, Grape or Cherry tomatoes with a salad dressing dip
Flavored Greek yogurt
Lower carb ideas:
Hard boiled eggs
Nuts
Cubes of turkey, chicken or ham
String Cheese
Cut green veggies with Ranch dip or hummus
Plain Greek yogurt with a handful of berries0 -
-Almonds (or other nuts)
-greek yogurt (with or without granola)
-fruit- fresh/frozen or canned in fruit juice
-rice cake 'pizza'- top with peanut butter or nutella and sliced fruit
-part-skim mozzarella cheese sticks
-celery with peanut butter- add raisins for "ants on a log"
-baby carrots with ranch dip (make your own with plain yogurt for even lower calories)
-make a quick quesadilla with low-fat cheese inside a whole-wheat tortilla- with canola oil spray in a skillet, or even in the microwave a few seconds
-mini bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter
-hummus and pita chips or veggies
And of course, plenty of other prepackaged stuff--nothing wrong with those, but I figure those are easy enough to find and read labels on/look at prices on your own.

SkinnyPop or Boom Chicka Pop popcorn. Either the lightly sweet or regular lightly salted are amazingly delicious. They taste so buttery and salty, but it's made with only corn, salt, and sunflower oil, no butter at all. And only 35 calories a cup!! Super easy and delicious.0
