New but not new

Hi all,

I deleted my last account and created this one as i was floundering and am usiing this as a fresh start. I did lose 3 stone about a year ago and had maintained that for a year (although i was supposed to be losing, i have gained and lost the same 6lb for that year!)

I'm hoping that this will help me act like i'm new to it all and be diligent with my logging. Looking for friends to support me as with the deletion of my account went my friends list

I'm 32, live in the UK and eat whatever I fancy as long as I stay within my calories I'm committed to logging everything over the Christmas period, although I fully accept that it won't be pretty reading!

I'm looking to lose my last 2 and a bit stone (33lb) which will get me into the middle of a healthy weight for my height. Hoping to do this by June next year for my close friends wedding in the July/August (she's still not set a date or venue yet but thats a whole other story!) which i think is achievable

I love to run, alhtough I'm not so keen on going outside in the cold so I'm spending quite a bit of time in the gym at the minute. I'm a cardio-lover, having tried to get into weights numerous times but it just doesn't do it for me.
