Sprained wrist looking for workout ideas

I was playing football or (Soccer) 2 weeks ago and sprained my wrist pretty bad. I would usually go to the gym 3-4 days a week and football 2 days, I have not been for around 2 weeks due to my wrist as I couldn't do, arms / shoulders, chest or back without straining the injury further. I have still been playing football and eating well, I was just wondering if anyone else could suggest any exercises that I may be able to do still, more abs and legs is all I can think of.
