    Read the stickies as thet are chock full of advice.
    Weigh all your food, post consistent deficits by eaying less than you burn and assiting that with moving more. Have small achievable targets, one day at a time and take more steps towards traget than away. Commit and be prepared to deal with what that means. Do not demonise food and be kind to yourself.
