Cereal, yogurt breakfast?

I've heard that you can make a nice breakfast using yogurt, oats and fruit, make it the night before and eat it in the morning, it's meant to be yummy.
Does anyone know what this is, have you tried it, is it nice?

It's called bircher muesli, or swiss muesli.
Yes it's pretty nice, the oats go moist overnight. I think you add fruit in the morning, but just google a recipe.0 -
You can mix cereal, yogurt and oatmeal into a bowl, refrigerate it and eat it in the morning.
I mix oatmeal and almond milk, refrigerate it and add 1 tblsp of peanut butter.
I heat it in the microwave for about a minute, add defrosted mixed berries and cinnamon, stir and eat-delish!
It holds me for hours.0 -
Also called refrigerator oatmeal. I discovered them here on MFP and I've had a lot of fun creating my own. I add fruit in layers like a parfait. I also like to add chia seeds.
