trying to get healthy

I am trying again to get healthy. So I want to go slowly and make some good decisions. I go full force and then lose motivation so I am going to try it different. I want to try and cut out the unhealthy sugars so I want to know how much sugar should a person eat a day? Does that include the natural sugars that is included in fruit or is that a different kind of sugar?

    I dont worry if it comes from fruit..I really try to limit artificial and regular table sugars....they add up quick! MFP tracks for you, if you cut out processed foods as much as possible you will automatically cut out a lot of sugar..good luck on your journey!! :)
