I "suffer" from a ED. Maybe this is a healthier way to do it. I don't know, I'll see. I eat a lot of rice and greens. That's kind of how Asian's end up; it's not really like there's a Thanksgiving meal every time dinner rolls around, but I suppose it's healthy-ish. I'm going a little off-topic here >.> Bear with me, please.

I'm in school, which means I spend like 7 hours a day sitting, and only 30 minutes-1 hour a day actually exercising. I also used to PC game a lot (less frequently now, but still enough), but I never ate during that period because I was too focused on the game, I guess. Then I would proceed to binge-eat and feel horrible. I need to get rid of this feeling for good.

I was introduced to this website by a friend. I currently weigh in at a little less than 100 pounds, but I'm only 5 feet 1 inch tall, so you can see why I'm eager to change my habits even more. I'm looking for some friends to help me along the way, and help them in exchange. I hope we can do this together! :smile:
