Ive been on a cut the last week and so far its been going well (down almost 1.8kg) but im unsure as to whether or not i should be increasing my calories for at least one day or not to continue to see results. I hear some conflicting evidence on this, some people say that one higher day stops your body from thinking its starving/boosts your metabolism etc, others disagree. Does anyone have any suggestions? Im happy with how its going so far but i also want it to keep progressing well. As a note, i am female and 22 years old, and the low cal diet is also zero carb. Thanks for any help!

Oh and just thought id mention that im not hungry or dont have cravings for more calories, so its purely from a beneficial point of view rather than wanting more calories to fulfil an urge. I have no fear of binging and no desire to overeat
