Glad to have found MFP through a friend of mine who got me into lifting/etc.
Currently a first year University Computer Science student.
I got into running roughly 8 months ago and have been slowly changing patterns in my lifestyle to prepare for a long healthy, happy life. Running - > waking up 5am -> now onto Lifting/flexability
So I take part in quite a bit of activity already, and fortunately find myself in a pretty good physical situation; but there is always room for improvement.
It is also really great to see the amount of folks on here with different situations than mine giving it there all, you have my respect -- keep up the great work!
