what excersise is this?

i recently started following 'jessica smith' workouts and do different workouts every day, only thing is as there are so many variations for different parts of the body how would i log this? i'm currently logging it in as aerobic general, but the calories burnt seem so high i wonder if i should be logging it in as dancing (as some of the moves are dance moves) or walking (as theres lots of marching). :)

    I have been doing the Jessica Smith workouts too although only the walking ones (Latin walk, power walk, interval walk, disco walk, indoor jogging, bums tums and thighs walk etc) I have been logging as aerobics low impact, except for the indoor jogging which I logged as aerobics general. From reading the forums, I found it is best to generally assume the exercise calories mfp gives are too high so I halve them and that seems more realistic (around 100-130 cals for 30 minutes low impact rather than 200-260). Hth!
