Turkey, Sun-dried Tomatoes, & Chickpea salad; it's one of my favorites! I take it for lunch, but it could be dinner too:

Sweet potatoes stuffed with black beans and salsa with a sprinkle of cheese is a great filling dinner or lunch. If I don't have cooked beans in the fridge I just open a can and 4 minutes in the microwave for the potato.

    What do you consider healthy?

    Snacks:
Apple w/ peanut butter is always a good option.
I do beef jerky pretty regularly.

    Dinner:
Tacos are great as they can be made various ways to fit different macro needs and taste preferences.
Homemade pizza, for the same reasons.

I would also like to know what you consider healthy.

Snacks- I usually have things like fruit, popcorn, trail mix, granola bar, cheese, carrots.
Dinner- I eat all kinds of things.
Some soups I like are minestrone, fassolatha, and lemon lentil.
I'm having pizza tonight using leftover naan for the crust and spaghetti sauce for the sauce, some chicken, olives, onion, peppers, spinach and mozzarella... Bake @ 350F for 8-10 minutes.

Butternut squash style pasta with pesto sauce; with a small side salad of kale, lettuce, a bit of black beans squeezed with lime over it. That's my own dinner creation

Snack: peanut butter on flatbread 100 cal flax and fiber. With a side of small banana cut up.
Another snack is tea with jam and water crackers.
Another one is homemade yogurt parfait, flavored yogurt with your own fruit medley mixed in it (strawberry, banana, grape, kiwi, etc..)

Yh I'm weird, lol, hope this helps.

This is what I usually eat for snacks:
Apples, bananas, berry smoothies (banana, ripe papaya, frozen blueberries/raspberries/blackberries/strawberries and/or cherries with half soy milk and half water; can replace papaya with avocado), pears, clementine or mandarins, peanuts, almonds, occasionally for a sweet treat--a slice of bread spread with laughing cow cheese and sprinkled on brown sugar and toasted in mini toaster oven until brown sugar melts. Yum!! As you can tell, I'm mostly a fruit snacker.

Dinner: giant salads with grapes, walnuts, goat cheese, tomatoes and avocados; that or simple steamed vegetables (broccoli, sweet potato, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, cabbage) with broiled chicken or salmon. You can pick and choose the type of seasonings you want: lemon, olive oil, salt pepper, dill... Etc. Try different combinations!

depends on what you consider healthy. I am a vegetarian, and I eat alot of carbs. I like carbs! I love a baked potato with bbq sauce on top, served with vegetarian baked beans.

I also love pasta salad with three bean salad and italian dressing.

making a soup tonight with tofu and kale, and carrots, but the base is ramen noodles, so probably not healthy. ;)
