Hi,
I'm new to the forum. I'm a 19 year old girl and I'm a sophomore in college. Started working out today. I weigh 200 lbs. Hoping to get down to 170 for my birthday in February so I can start Crossfit.

You can do it. I have daughters older and younger than you, and I am working on losing weight so as to be around longer for them. Just remember to have realistic goals, and work on it little by little. And remember that there is no shame in asking for help - asking shows character. Here's to your health! Have a GREAT day!0
