I know that the goal is generated by percentages but I do go over my carbs a lot. I'm assuming carbs from fruit isn't so bad right? My diary is open and I recently started again so it's kind of rough. Please help!

It's not the going over the carbs that will be a problem, its the going over in the calories that will be. I only looked at the past 4 days and you were over 3.

She also gave herself a 2LB a week goal with very little to lose.
OP: 2LBS a week is going be very very very very hard to do with a few pounds to lose. Realistically you should aim for about 1/2 a pound a week.

Do you have a medical reason to limit carbs?
Are you hungry during the day and need to eat more?
Do you have enough energy all day?

If your answer is "no" to all of the questions, don't worry about it. Generally, you need to eat fewer carbs and more protein and/or fat if you are constantly hungry or generally feel "yucky". Everybody is different and you need to find the balance that is right for you. Also, fruit are very delicious and nutrient dense carbs!

Unless you have a medical problem, carbs are not "bad".

You also have missing days and meals. With so little to lose, you'll need to tighten up your logging. But to answer your question, going over your carbs is not a problem.

people can lose weight eating twinkies, as long as you burn off more calories than you ingest. carbs--especially from fruit--shouldn't be holding you back.

edit: assuming you are trying to lose weight.

I noticed that. She is averaging about 1500 for the 4 days she has logged. Probably pretty close to the right number she "should" be at.
