Do you weight yourself?

I think it's a great plan to focus on your eating and exercise and not worry about what the scale says. Being process oriented will help you get through those times when the scale doesn't want to move and even sets you up for continuing it even after the weight is lost. That being said… you may still want to weigh once a month or so… just for the sake of adjusting your calorie goal.0

Sounds like a good plan if it's working for you. I know for myself the number can distract me sometimes from my goals which are not just about a number, but strengthening and toning... I check a couple of times a week but if you are on a good track then stay the path you're on and lay off the scale! Maybe you can do a check every month or 2 months. Things like water and sodium can really make it waver IMO.0
