Hi everyone,
I've been lurking around here for a while now, and decided I'd like to have a few more friends! I have a few awesome ladies - and one lone, awesome man (maybe I need more men on my friends list!?) - that I am friends with currently, but could use a few more! Would love to have some friends my age - but really, anyone is welcome. I do think having a similar weight loss approach is important though.
A little about me:
I'm 28, 5'11", work an office job, and have about 60 more pounds I'd like to lose. I've lost about 20 already. I believe in the "everything in moderation" approach and I do not cut out any foods or drinks (love my vodka and a good German beer). I just stay within my calorie allowance and try to hit my macros as best I can. I also like to eat (obviously - why else would I be here?) and absolutely do not believe in starving myself. I eat over 1800 calories a day, and sometimes more on workout days, so if you have a similar approach to weight loss, I'm sure we will get along. Feel free to add me, or respond on here & I will add you, if you're interested in being friends! Bonus points if you like to quote movies like Anchorman, Grandma's Boy, or The Big Lebowski...
