So we're in the third round of these workouts and very pleased with the results. I notice these challenges, like an ab challenge yesterday, and I wonder if I "should" include them in my week. I would like to, I have the energy to, but I have been EXTREMELY respectful of the rest days. I worry about injury. On the other hand, it's just abs; it's not like it will put extra stress on my knees or shoulders. Thoughts?
