I've been using MFP for about a year but I just decided that I need more support and motivation. Looking forward to getting to know some of you better.

    Don't give up. One bad day doesn't ruin anything. Get a food scale. I have loads of advice. What do you want to know?
  • Steve- my biggest challenge right now is the hours of 2-7 pm in the afternoon/evening. i need some snack recommendations that will keep me full. i need to be stronger when i see the kids eating something i want or my husband. im also having trouble giving up that glass of wine or a margarita on some days.
