Steve- my biggest challenge right now is the hours of 2-7 pm in the afternoon/evening. i need some snack recommendations that will keep me full. i need to be stronger when i see the kids eating something i want or my husband. im also having trouble giving up that glass of wine or a margarita on some days.0
