So today I bought a tshirt and took a 3XL out of habit, turned out that was too big, then took a 2XL...that was too big. Guess what? I am a XL, with just ONE X....

Some days may see hard, and you will fall off the wagon..BUT just hang in there. The results will show.

    WAHOO!!!!

I recently converted to Mediums (been XL for as long as I can remember) and still don't think the shirts will fit me when I hold them up.

Keep going. Always keep going :)

Sometimes it's not the scale but how you feel and how the clothing fit, love this motivation :)

    Awesome!!!

One of the best days I had was in Kohl's, when all the shirts were too big. I was like, "What, I've lost so much weight that now I can't buy clothes? What do I do now?" I really had that moment. It took a beat and then the shocking realization came to me: I might be able to shop in the regular section.

It was VERY strange walking over there. I had to look around and get my bearings. How was it set up? How were things displayed?

I felt very much like an imposter. Like the Thin Police would emerge with a net and haul me off, back to the Fat Lady section, where I belonged.

But they didn't. I looked at tops and bought a couple and felt like a million bucks walking out of that store with XLs in my little plastic bag.

It's a great day, buying clothes in the regular section!

We can all get there if we work hard and are patient, we can reach our weight loss goals. :)

    Well done Betty! :D
I had some heavy shopping when visiting my mom last week. It is so great to fit into normal clothes size range.
